Apropos of the theme, I’m planning on selling my plasma when the bill comes due (in fact I’ve already sold it but in the future). Dang it.

Backed. Very simple backer levels plus a “give us $20 extra to reach stretch goals and we’ll give you a $3 sleeve for your box” level, which for whatever reason I feel like is squarely in the crosshairs of the Kickstarter ethos. I’m sure they’re not the first ones to come up with that but it’s the first time I’ve seen it.

  1. Worker placement is already painful for me. Worker placement involving borrowing resources from the future? That’s just going to break my brain… But it’s such a cool concept that I want to try it!

  2. Chris S it seems pretty elegant. The Rahdo hype was very strong.

(It also made me regret not selling my soul long ago and jumping feet first into video reviews, because I could really use free games these days.)

  3. Looks interesting, especially the “borrowing from the future” mechanic, but man do I dislike the illustrations. Also, the Salvation logo is a bastardized version of the eight trigrams but wrong in every way. Hmm.

  4. “Fuck Paul Beakley.

    Yes, Fuuck Paul Beakley

Fuck him right in the wallet hole…”

This is my Fuck Paul Beakley song. I’m singing it right now, you should too.

I’m still working on the bridge, but the chorus is rather solid, I think.

  5. I want the minis to come painted exactly as they appear in the image. Dang that’s pretty. They’ll just be big resin blobs when I have them though.

  6. Holy shit, Paul Beakley did you watch the Rahdo Runs through for this game…its insane. There’s 500 bajillion things going on at once.

I’m tempted to cancel. I really don’t need another huge kitchen sink game that will never get played more than once…
