Yeah their technology stack doesn’t seem super solid a lot of the time.
Have you tried the Dropbox transfer? I find that those sometimes work more consistently than straight d/l’s.
Also, try downloading fewer files at a time. IIRC they have to process each page of a given file to watermark it, so the more in one ZIP, the choke-i-er things get. That’s how it feels to me, at least.
I’ve been noticing a lot of stall outs in the dl page.

I’ve gotten really impatient with the Internet ever since I got our gigablast fiber feed into the house. I have this awesome radical overkill download speed but nobody except video streamers is really set up for that. I’m like…why is my download not just here like by magic? Because they’re running on a normal civilian-grade server and I’m a freak of nature.
