And speaking of Kickstarter delivering Christmas at random intervals…
I backed this quite a while ago. I cannot believe how huge this production is. Also: triple check packing popcorn because I nearly threw away metal money (which is like throwing away a kg of coke for me).

I founded the Indie Game Reading Club in 2010. I've written and developed RPGs since the mid-90s, now I mostly talk about playing them.

I don’t remember this one. What’s the elevator pitch?
Is this the Age of Empires III reboot?
Paul I like you because you have more games than you can possibly play with any amount of comfort or regularity
Huh…And here I thought you didn’t really like me at all.
Naw you’re p cool
It’s true though, if I was keeping all these games it’s way way more than I could ever play regularly. I don’t love that.
I fire a lot of games, though. Ebay or private trades or whatever. The permanent collection doesn’t grow as fast as it may seem.
i’m the one who doesn’t like you
(i like you Paul)
Shit…updating my enemies list…and editorial calendar.
If I pledge my love and ever loving devotion will you send your castoff games to me…
My basement is like the island of misfit toys…i shall give them all a home…
I wish I could afford to give them away! But it’s how I recharge my slush fund.
These games aren’t nearly so expensive if you treat them like long-term rentals. And sometimes I luck into a hot OOP commodity.
I eagerly look forward to your experiences with this game.
(Also, I totally almost threw away my signed nameplate for the Firefly RPG, and that was in a bubble mailer.)
