Steven Hanlon hidebound is a great word. I think that was the thing Mark Delsing was getting at. Like, as a practical matter I’m sure we develop best practices that are comfortable and convenient in terms of cognitive load, but that probably is the flipside to “hidebound.”

Messing around with your own best practices on purpose is probably only interesting to a teeeeny subset of players. Like a small percentage of folks who spend their time reading shit on Plus, which is a small percentage of everyone online.
