Great review! I agree with most of it. Just one point to add: especially if one uses the Hearthfire “downtime” rules in Trophy Gold, my experience is that there is actually quite a lot of room for character-driven scenes, even if the rest of it is oriented towards running adventures. And of course it depends a lot on the adventures one runs.
