Maybe! I wish there were more mechanical details but it sounds promising.

Haven’t seen their previous game, Age of Anarchy, delivered yet so I’m feeling a tiny bit iffy backing another thing, but that’s me and Kickstarter damage, not Paul Mitchener who I’m sure is lovely.

  1. Yeah, I expect it to be more crunchy than I enjoy, knowing Paul Mitchener ‘s other games. But his setting stuff is usually solid, and at the very least it could be fun to read.

Backed at the £8 level, but a system preview could increase that

  2. Thanks for the share!

Age of Anarchy should be yours in PDF by now, and I know print is currently being finalised.

In terms of mechanical details, that’s important, and you’re not the only person to ask. The first update (coming tomorrow in all probability) will contain some of that.

(Edit: Gosh, that sounded a bit defensive. It wasn’t intended to be.)

  3. Aaron Griffin yeah totally agreed about the setting and premise. And my local scene is fairly tolerant of rules weight when the rules do interesting things. (Like Burning Wheel.)

  4. Sure, okay, I’m in for it. I do like the “coupon to print at cost” option folks have been doing. It’s how Crawford did SWN, yeah? I know I’ve backed at least one, maybe two of them. It’s the very sneakiest bit of psychic/financial sleight of hand.

The same thing happened with an “error” (I’m skeptical!) with Backerkit that The Veil: Cascade had. I’ve already adjusted my order upward once, then they sent it out again, and I threw in another thing because I had the chance. Diabolical!
