One Ring and Mutant Year Zero are recent ones for me; it’s all about the size. I can’t stand the idea of another 2-300 page tomb tome. I want to see it boiled down to 12 pages, then diffed against a similar distillation of two systems I’m familiar with.
EDIT: What’s especially dumb about this for me is that I think I want to play exactly what these games are doing.
