Here’s how I bought KULT.

Me, at GenCon in like 1993 or something. Sees KULT booth, posters, etc. Loves Hellraiser. Intrigued. About to go over and pick up a book.

DUDE jumps in front of me, VERY excited.
DUDE: “Hey, is this the game with the spell ‘*Fetal Perversion*” ”
KULT GUYS: (bemused but apprehensive): “…Yes, it is!”
DUDE: GIVE ME ONE!
ANDY: (sight unseen) ME TOO!
