Mark Delsing that’s a really good point. I’ve never regretted the prep I did for my ill-fated game inspired by the Age of Religious Wars/30 Years War D&D game because even though that game was consigned to the ashes of bad-game history, I still have those themes and sparks to draw on for other settings and other games.
